General Terms & Membership Framework
1. Definitions & Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to “Vorelyx Feline Federation,” “Vorelyx FF,” or “Vorelyx Cattery” refer to the operating entity responsible for the website, services, membership framework, kitten placement program, digital content, and related offerings.
References to “Member,” “User,” or “Client” mean any individual who accesses, registers for, or interacts with the website or services provided by Vorelyx FF
References to “Kitten,” “Cat,” or “Companion” refer to animals bred, raised, or placed by Vorelyx Cattery under its care standards.
Headings are provided for clarity only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Breed Terminology & Registration Status: References to breed names, including “British/Scottish Shorthair,” within Vorelyx Feline Federation materials describe breed type and program focus, not guaranteed registry status, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Unless accompanied by formal documentation issued by a recognized feline registry, kittens placed by Vorelyx Cattery are classified as British/Scottish Shorthair–type companions and are not represented as registered, pedigree, show, or breeding cats.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Vorelyx Feline Federation website and apply to all interactions with Vorelyx FF, including but not limited to:
- Website access and browsing
- Membership registration and account use
- Waitlist enrollment and reservation processes
- Kitten placement and companion adoption
- Purchase of digital or physical products
- Participation in events, courses, or educational content
By accessing or using any part of the Vorelyx FF platform, users acknowledge and agree that these Terms apply in full.
3. Account Registration & Member Identification
Access to certain services offered by Vorelyx Feline Federation requires account registration. Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Each registered account may be associated with a unique internal member identifier used for administrative, ethical, and operational purposes.
The account holder is solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account.
Vorelyx FF reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where account information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or misused.
4. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
Membership and use of services provided by Vorelyx Cattery are available only to individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under their applicable jurisdiction.
Where users are under the age of legal majority, access may only occur with verified parental or legal guardian consent.
Vorelyx FF reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time.
5. Membership Structure & Access Levels
Vorelyx Feline Federation operates a structured membership framework which may include multiple access levels, including complimentary and tiered memberships.
Membership levels may provide access to specific content, educational resources, waitlist participation, or events; however, membership does not guarantee kitten availability, placement priority, or specific outcomes.
Vorelyx FF retains full discretion to modify membership benefits, access levels, or eligibility criteria at any time without obligation to provide identical offerings in the future.
6. User Conduct & Community Standards
All members and users are expected to interact respectfully with Vorelyx FF, its representatives, and the wider community.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Misrepresentation or false statements
- Harassment, abusive language, or coercive behavior
- Attempts to bypass established processes or policies
- Misuse of content, documentation, or branding
Vorelyx Feline Federation maintains a calm, structured, and respectful environment and reserves the right to address conduct that conflicts with these standards.
7. Membership Suspension or Termination
Vorelyx FF may suspend or terminate membership access, temporarily or permanently, where there is reasonable belief of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misconduct or misuse of services
- Actions that undermine animal welfare, integrity, or trust
Such actions may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the interests of Vorelyx Cattery, its animals, or its community.
Termination does not affect obligations that have already arisen.
8. Amendments to Terms
Vorelyx Feline Federation reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
Revised Terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform or services following publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any referenced policies, guidelines, or written agreements issued by Vorelyx FF, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Vorelyx Feline Federation regarding website use and membership.
No verbal statements, informal communications, or external representations shall override or modify these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by Vorelyx FF.
No assumptions regarding breed status, registration eligibility, or documentation shall be made unless expressly confirmed in writing by Vorelyx FF as part of a specific placement agreement.
10. Waitlist Enrollment & Reservation Process
Enrollment in the Vorelyx Feline Federation waitlist requires an active registered account and reflects an expression of interest only. Placement is not automatic and is never granted on a firstcome basis.
Before any reservation opportunity is offered, prospective clients are strongly encouraged to contact Vorelyx Cattery directly to confirm general suitability. This initial communication allows Vorelyx FF to provide transparent guidance regarding the long-term responsibilities of companion ownership, including—but not limited to—ongoing nutrition, preventive care, sterilization, veterinary treatment, and overall life expenses associated with maintaining a healthy and stable environment for a kitten.
This suitability discussion exists to ensure that expectations are aligned on both sides and to prevent unnecessary reservations or deposits where the responsibilities of companion care may not yet be fully anticipated. Vorelyx FF believes that informed decisions protect both the animal and the prospective owner and considers this step part of responsible placement practice rather than a formal evaluation.
Submission of a waitlist request, message, or inquiry does not guarantee availability, timing, or placement of a kitten. All placements remain subject to discretion, suitability, and final confirmation by Vorelyx Feline Federation.
11. Reservation Deposits
Where a reservation opportunity is offered, a reservation deposit may be required to temporarily secure consideration for a specific kitten.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable and serve to confirm intent, administrative preparation, and allocation planning. Deposits do not constitute a sale, guarantee placement, or override the final placement authority of Vorelyx FF.
12. Pricing & Price Adjustments
All pricing established by Vorelyx Feline Federation reflects the standard of care, ethical breeding practices, veterinary oversight, early development investment, documentation, and long-term accountability associated with each kitten or product.
Pricing is not determined by pedigree documentation, registry status, or breeding rights, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Prices may vary based on timing, developmental stage, care requirements, and operational considerations, and may be adjusted without prior notice. Published prices apply only at the time a reservation or purchase is formally confirmed.
13. Kitten Placement & Allocation Authority
All kitten placements are subject to the sole discretion of Vorelyx Cattery, operating under Vorelyx Feline Federation. While waitlist enrollment and reservation deposits indicate serious interest, they do not constitute a guaranteed placement.
As part of responsible placement practice, Vorelyx FF reserves the right to engage in further communication with prospective buyers at any stage of the waitlist or reservation process. This may include reasonable questions intended to confirm that the prospective home environment, long-term care capacity, and anticipated responsibilities—such as nutrition, routine veterinary care, sterilization, and general welfare—are suitably understood and achievable.
Where Vorelyx FF determines, in good faith, that a proposed placement may not align with the welfare, stability, or long-term wellbeing of a kitten, the Federation retains full authority to decline or defer placement, even after a deposit has been paid or a reservation opportunity has been extended. Such decisions are made exclusively in the best interest of the animal and the ethical standards of Vorelyx Cattery.
Placement decisions are final and are not subject to appeal, negotiation, or entitlement based on timing, payment, or prior interest.
14. Minimum Release Age
Kittens bred and raised by Vorelyx Cattery are not released before twelve (12) weeks of age.
This minimum age reflects welfare-based standards supporting immune development, social learning, emotional stability, and overall resilience prior to transition into a new home.
15. Spay / Neuter Policy
All companion kittens placed through Vorelyx Feline Federation are spayed or neutered prior to release, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
This policy supports long-term health, responsible ownership, and ethical population control.
16. Companion Placement & Breeding Restrictions
Kittens placed by Vorelyx Cattery are intended strictly as companions.
Breeding rights are not included unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement issued by Vorelyx FF. Unauthorized breeding constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
17. Health Status at Transfer
At the time of transfer, each kitten is assessed as being in good health appropriate to age, supported by veterinary records available at handover.
Normal transitional adjustments, stress-related symptoms, or minor changes associated with relocation are not considered health defects.
18. Health Warranty & Limitations
Any health warranty provided by Vorelyx Feline Federation is limited in duration and scope and is governed by specific written conditions communicated at the time of placement.
The warranty does not extend to conditions arising from environmental changes, improper care, neglect, stress, or failure to follow veterinary guidance after transfer.
19. Veterinary Examination Requirement After Transfer
Buyers are required to arrange a veterinary examination with a licensed veterinarian within a specified period following transfer, as outlined in placement documentation.
Failure to complete this examination within the required timeframe may void applicable health warranties.
20. Kitten Development Records & Documentation
Vorelyx Cattery may provide development records, growth charts, or care documentation for informational purposes only.
Such records reflect historical observations and do not constitute guarantees regarding future size, temperament, health outcomes, or performance.
21. Buyer Responsibilities After Placement
Following placement, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the kitten’s ongoing care, welfare, nutrition, veterinary needs, environment, and compliance with applicable laws.
Buyers agree to maintain standards consistent with the principles promoted by Vorelyx Feline Federation.
22. Prohibition on Unauthorized Transfer or Rehoming
Buyers agree to maintain standards consistent with the principles promoted by Vorelyx Feline Federation.
This restriction exists to protect the welfare, traceability, and long-term wellbeing of each companion.
23. Return, Reassignment & Breach Handling
If a buyer is unable to continue care for a cat placed by Vorelyx Feline Federation, Vorelyx FF must be notified promptly.
Vorelyx Cattery retains the right to determine appropriate reassignment or return arrangements. Breach of placement terms may result in forfeiture of fees and termination of future access to Vorelyx FF services.
24. Products & Digital Content Sales
Vorelyx Feline Federation may offer physical products, digital publications, educational materials, and curated content through its website or affiliated platforms. All products are offered subject to availability and may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at the discretion of Vorelyx FF.
Descriptions, visuals, and representations are provided for informational purposes and may be refined over time to reflect updates, improvements, or editorial adjustments. Purchase of any product constitutes acceptance of the applicable policies governing that category.
25. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Digital products, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable resources, recorded courses, and access-based educational materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate availability upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered. Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully prior to completing a transaction.
26. Physical Products — Return Conditions
Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to specific conditions outlined at the time of purchase. To qualify, items must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned within a defined timeframe.
Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility due to hygiene, safety, or customization considerations. Vorelyx FF reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine eligibility for refund, replacement, or store resolution.
27. Events & Shows Participation
Vorelyx Feline Federation may host or organize digital and physical events, educational sessions, gatherings, or shows. Participation is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and adherence to event-specific guidelines.
Attendance at any event does not confer membership privileges beyond those explicitly stated and does not establish entitlement to future participation.
28. Event Ticketing, Access & Conduct
Event access requires valid registration or ticket purchase, where applicable. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with Vorelyx FF standards of behavior.
Vorelyx Feline Federation reserves the right to deny entry, remove participants, or restrict access where conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the Federation, without obligation to provide compensation.
29. Event Pricing & Membership Discounts
Event pricing may vary and is subject to change. Certain membership tiers within Vorelyx Feline Federation may be eligible for preferential pricing or early access; however, such benefits are discretionary and may not apply to all events.
Discounts are applied based on eligibility at the time of purchase and are not retroactive. Vorelyx FF retains full discretion to determine the availability, scope, or withdrawal of promotional pricing.
30. Event Refunds & Cancellations
Event tickets may be refundable or cancellable only under conditions specified at the time of booking. Where refunds are permitted, they may be subject to administrative fees or time-based restrictions.
Vorelyx FF reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appropriate remedies will be determined at the Federation’s discretion.
31. Photography, Recording & Media Rights
During Vorelyx Feline Federation events, photography, video recording, or other media capture may occur for documentation, educational, or promotional purposes.
By attending an event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded without entitlement to compensation. Attendees may also capture personal media, provided such activity does not infringe upon the privacy, comfort, or safety of others.
Vorelyx FF is not responsible for media captured independently by attendees and reserves the right to regulate or restrict recording where necessary.
32. Intellectual Property Rights
All content made available through Vorelyx Feline Federation and Vorelyx Cattery, including but not limited to text, images, designs, documents, charts, branding elements, educational materials, and media, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vorelyx FF unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial or public purposes without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of Vorelyx FF intellectual property may result in legal action.
33. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vorelyx Feline Federation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or non-material damages arising from use of the website, participation in membership programs, attendance at events, or placement of a kitten.
Vorelyx FF does not guarantee specific outcomes, behaviors, future health conditions, or suitability beyond the representations expressly stated at the time of placement or purchase.
34. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorelyx Feline Federation and Vorelyx Cattery from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of services, breach of these Terms, misrepresentation, submission of false documentation, or failure to comply with applicable laws or welfare obligations.
This obligation survives termination of membership or completion of any transaction.
35. International Buyers & Export Conditions
Availability of international kitten placement or export services is subject to operational readiness, regulatory approval, and discretionary authorization by Vorelyx FF
Where international placement is permitted, all export-related costs—including but not limited to transportation, documentation, veterinary requirements, and regulatory fees—are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Vorelyx FF does not guarantee timelines, approvals, or continued availability of international services.
36. Force Majeure
Vorelyx Feline Federation shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental actions, health emergencies, logistical disruptions, or regulatory changes.
Such events do not constitute breach of these Terms.
37. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as applicable to the operating structure of Vorelyx Feline Federation.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.
38. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, users agree to first seek resolution through good-faith communication with Vorelyx FF. Where appropriate, informal resolution or mediation may be pursued prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this section limits the right of Vorelyx FF to seek immediate legal remedies where necessary to protect animal welfare, intellectual property, or organizational integrity.
