Member Any individual who creates an account on the Vorelyx Feline Federation website, regardless of membership tier, and includes individuals who interact with services offered by Vorelyx FF or Vorelyx Cattery.
Account Refers to the digital profile created by a user on the Vorelyx FF platform, through which access to membership features, waitlist participation, reservations, purchases, and communications is managed.
VFF ID Refers to the internal identification reference assigned to each registered account for administrative, operational, and traceability purposes.
Kitten Purchaser Refers to a Member who proceeds with a reservation or placement process for a kitten through Vorelyx Cattery
International Buyer Refers to a Kitten Purchaser whose residence is outside the primary operating country of Vorelyx Feline Federation and for whom additional documentation or verification may be required where international placement is offered
Minors Refers to individuals who are not legally recognized as adults under the laws of their applicable jurisdiction and who may only access services with verified parental or legal guardian consent where permitted.
Processing Refers to any operation performed on Personal Data, whether automated or manual, including collection, storage, use, verification, transmission, retention, or deletion.
Services Refers collectively to the website, membership framework, waitlist system, kitten placement program, educational content, events, and any related offerings provided by Vorelyx FF or Vorelyx Cattery.

Vorelyx Feline Federation collects Personal Data only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate its platform, administer membership, manage kitten placement responsibly, maintain ethical traceability, and ensure the safety and integrity of its community and animals. Depending on how an individual interacts with Vorelyx FF or Vorelyx Cattery, collected information may include account registration details, contact information, communication records, delivery or location details relevant to kitten placement, internal identification references (VFF ID), and limited technical data required for platform security and functionality. Where applicable, we may also collect documentation voluntarily submitted or reasonably requested for verification purposes, such as confirmation of legal capacity, parental consent where required by law, or animal health documentation for participation in events.

Information related to kitten placement is collected with particular care. This may include suitability-related communications, reservation records, and traceability data required to uphold animal welfare standards and long-term accountability. Such information exists to support responsible placement decisions and does not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.

Vorelyx FF does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required for lawful operation and ethical oversight. Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Submission of misleading, false, or manipulated information may result in restriction or termination of access in accordance with applicable policies.

Vorelyx Feline Federation does not collect, retain, or distribute third-party pedigree certificates, registry records, or breeder documentation unless explicitly required for internal compliance purposes. The absence of such records within Federation systems does not constitute a representation or guarantee regarding registration eligibility or lineage status.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Vorelyx Feline Federation processes Personal Data exclusively for defined, legitimate, and proportionate purposes necessary to operate its digital platform, administer its membership framework, and carry out the ethical placement of kittens through Vorelyx Cattery. All processing activities are conducted with restraint and intention, and data is used only where there is a clear operational, animal-welfare, security, contractual, or legal rationale.

Primary purposes of processing include the creation and administration of user accounts, assignment and management of internal member identification records, verification of eligibility and legal capacity, administration of waitlists and reservations, communication regarding kitten placements, products, services, and events, and maintenance of internal records required for traceability, accountability, and compliance. In the context of kitten placement, processing also supports suitability assessment, preparation for transfer, documentation of early development, and adherence to welfare standards at the time of release.

Personal Data may also be processed to maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity, comply with applicable laws and payment-provider requirements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of the Federation, its members, and the animals under its care. Each account is assigned an internal membership identifier (“VFF ID”) used to manage reservations, payments, documentation, event access, and compliance records. Vorelyx Feline Federation may request additional verification information where necessary to support payment security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, animal-welfare obligations, or suitability assessment. Account data may remain linked to transactional and compliance records even if the account is later deleted.

6. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Users must meet the legal age of adulthood applicable in their country or region of residence. Individuals who are not legally recognized as adults may participate only with verified parental or guardian consent, and such guardians assume full legal and financial responsibility for all actions, representations, and transactions conducted by the minor. Any misrepresentation of age or guardianship may result in suspension or termination of access without entitlement to continued services.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Vorelyx Feline Federation website uses essential cookies and technical tracking mechanisms strictly necessary for platform functionality, secure authentication, payment processing, fraud prevention, and system stability. Users may delete their account through designated accountmanagement tools; however, certain records—including transaction data, payment confirmations, compliance logs, and animal-traceability documentation—may be retained where required by law, regulation, or ethical responsibility. Account deletion does not void completed transactions or contractual commitments.

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to their Personal Data or correction of inaccuracies.
